Arriving was easy, and the view and location were great. Parking was convenient, there’s an elevator in the building, and Apartment 4 had a new kitchen. We also weren’t charged extra for visitors. The cleaning seemed superficial. There was a tablet containing thyroid hormone on the floor, which our dog nearly ate. Some furnishings didn’t match and looked dated, and the bathroom seemed not to have been renovated in about 25 years. We still had a nice stay, and with a little effort the apartment could be much better. But the bathroom is completely unacceptable and needs renovating.

I've stayed in this building four times now. The apartments I've seen are furnished really well, and the location is fantastic. The bathrooms are small, which makes sense in a historic building, so don't expect much space there.

Our apartment, number 4, was well equipped and had a direct view of the Baltic Sea. The price felt on the high side, probably because of the location, but it was still acceptable. Right on the beach promenade, it's easy to explore lots of places on foot or by bike.
