Villa Carola - 100 m zum Strand

We'd rent this place again. It's on the second floor, with parking in front, and the beach is easy to get to. The building sits in the second row, though you can see the sea through the houses in front. Inside, the rooms are roomy, with two proper bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There's also a bicycle room in the basement. The furnishings are lovely, apart from the very basic, uncomfortable dining chairs. Vodafone Free Wi-Fi works with a good signal, but it isn't guaranteed.

We had apartment 3 on the ground floor. The bathroom water heater seems to serve all the rooms, so whenever someone turns on hot water it switches on, which gets really annoying. The furnishings were old, and quite a few things were broken, including the kettle lid and freezer door. It also didn't seem to have been cleaned properly, so they had to clean it themselves.

Villa Carola turned out even nicer than I'd pictured when I booked. I stayed six nights and I'm definitely coming back.

We spent a week in apartment 8 and had a great time. It's spacious, lovely, and has a great view. A few pieces of furniture and accessories feel dated, especially in the kitchen, but that didn't spoil anything for us. The location is fantastic, with the beach only a few minutes away. We'd absolutely recommend it.
