We arrived to find there was no bed linen, and we hadn't been told beforehand that we'd need to bring it. We had to improvise, which was very disappointing. For accommodation costing over €800 a week, I'd normally expect bed linen to be included. The landlords were very unfriendly.

At €800 for a week, it's already expensive. Having no service or bed linen provided makes it a deal-breaker for me. The company also comes across as unfriendly and unprofessional with customers.

We paid €800 to stay there, and they don't provide bed linen. The staff were very unfriendly too. It feels like a rip-off, and we'll never go back.

You can head straight from the house onto the Harzer-Baudensteig circular trail. It's a great place for active holidays or a trip with dogs, right in the middle of nature. The holiday home can sleep up to eight people and is fully equipped 😀🧙♀️

No customer service or understanding at all. The whole thing felt outrageous, with no sense of service.
