We had to sort out our own ride away from the hotel, and the new employee only managed to call a taxi after several tries. Earlier, after we complained, they offered us a beer from the terrace, but drinking amid the wedding crowd and loud music was hardly what we wanted. We’d booked our room well in advance and weren’t told there’d be a wedding, which meant we couldn’t use the terrace. The manager was nowhere to be found, so the young staff member who’d just started had to help us. We were told to drink in our room, where there was no outdoor access, and the minibar had only a basic soda. Terrible service. We’re never coming back.

The staff were excellent, accommodating, and seemed to anticipate what we’d need. There’s a spa and salon for when tensions rise, plus an indoor pool and tennis courts if the team starts getting stir-crazy. In good weather, a walk or run outside works too. This is a great place to get away from distractions: keep your team here for a week, feed them well, and you might be surprised by the ideas they come up with. 😉 👍👍👍 💆💇
