We arrived late, but the reception host was so lovely and welcoming. He offered us hot tea and patiently helped while we figured out our hotel booking. Honestly, he was the kindest person I met in all of Germany. We'll come back. And I want to tell the hotel owner: you are a lovely person! Big love from israel.

This was our third stay, and somehow it keeps getting better. The rooms are large and spotless, and the place is quiet and beautiful. The owner is a lovely person.

Herbert, thanks so much for being so hospitable and helpful. He owns this cozy little hotel, which is clean and lovely. The breakfast is very good, and there’s free Wi-Fi and free parking too. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit PUMA Center @ Herzogenaurach.
