What really made my stay was the staff. They were so kind and polite, and always ready to help, which made me feel comfortable. The single rooms are cozy and in great shape, and room service keeps them up to standard every morning. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.

The staff really care about their guests and were very helpful. My double room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the WiFi was stable and fast enough for remote work. I had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

The people here have big hearts, even in this small town. Great breakfast too, and the people are brilliant. This is the best place to stay in herzogenrath...

Clean and comfortable, with free breakfast. It was adequate for what I needed.

The walls are really thin. Someone unlocking a room and banging the door shut sounds like a gunshot. On the plus side, it's very clean, breakfast is great, and the staff are friendly. The mattresses now have toppers and are very comfortable to sleep on 👍 Otherwise, everything is great 👌
