We'd booked one night in advance because we were picking up a hired motorhome in Hilden. Marsha checked us in and was incredibly kind and caring. She even called in our dinner order and brought plates and cutlery up to the room. The hotel was spotless and seemed quite new. It was very affordable too. Highly recommend it to travellers. Big shout-out to Marsha, you're a star!

They waited for us when we arrived with our family at 1AM, and gave us a very warm welcome. The hospitality was great, everything was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. It's near the main roads, but we didn't hear any noise.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and nice, but they get very warm in summer. The motorway is right beside the hotel and can be heard in the background, though it wasn't too loud. It's convenient if you're traveling by car. Staff were friendly, and the food and service were good quality.
