Sure Hotel by Best Western Hilden-Duesseldorf

We had a really pleasant stay. The room was cozy and clean, and the bed was excellent. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

The elevator was out of service for two days. Also, check the breakfast hours carefully. I was told breakfast ran until 11, but when I came down at 10:30, someone rudely shouted at me from behind, came over, and sent me away, saying breakfast was already over.

I was here for two weeks on a business trip, with a business conference as part of the stay. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and although the rooms were small, they were comfortable. My room was cleaned whenever I asked. Laundry came back on time and smelled fresh. Breakfast was always nicely presented, and the breakfast staff were kind and friendly. Dinner at the restaurant was good; I only ate there a couple of times, but it met my needs each time. The staff were professional and friendly throughout. The location was also convenient, with Hilden old town, shops, restaurants and cafes all an easy walk away. I’ll stay here again on my next visit to Hilden, Germany. 👍

The breakfast had a good range, including bacon and eggs, and they can fry eggs on request. I generally enjoyed my stay. The lobby and reception look modern, and the staff are super nice and helpful. The rooms could use some improvements, though: a card reader would be better than handing over a key with a huge keyring, and the shower could do with an update.
