Adam made a delicious, healthy dinner. The soup was so good that we had to get the cookbook. Our room was quiet and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The location was great, close to the center, and the rooms were clean. But some basic things were missing, like shower gel in the bathroom, and breakfast had very few options.

It's an older building with nice rooms, but the noise was a problem. The guests upstairs stomped around so much our light fixture shook. That's normal in an old building, I guess, but not great when you're hiking through and just need a good night's sleep.

Adam's vegetarian meals were amazing, and we definitely recommend Naturion Hotel. We spent a great holiday week there in Hinterzarten, in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The Black Forest surroundings are beautiful and so quiet, with almost no noise. Inside, the furniture, decorations and little details made me feel peaceful too. The owner was amazing and welcomed us with such enthusiasm. He's also a chef and makes healthy homemade breakfasts and dinners. Come see for yourself.
