Alpenpanorama

My grandparents were greeted warmly when they moved into the senior residence. The transition was understandably hard at first, and the previous management didn’t always take our wishes and suggestions on board. Things have improved a lot since the management changed. Residents need different amounts of help, but those who want to and can manage it have a good amount of freedom. There are activities and games suited to their age, and people can walk in the lovely countryside with help or on their own. I can’t judge the food myself. My grandmother’s opinion varies, but the servings are enough for seniors, there’s coffee and cake each day, and the meals are varied and not bad. Naturally, cooking for themselves was much better for them. The rooms could mostly be decorated by my grandparents, which I think is great. The old hotel became a senior residence years ago but kept the name “Alpenpanorama,” and it suits the setting. These days, I’d say it’s quite okay. If I ever need that sort of care, I hope I’ll be as happy there 😉😉😉.

The garden is a favorite place for people to spend time, and the meals offer variety. My father has lived in this retirement home for a year and is very happy. The staff are kind and make time for residents, and the atmosphere feels welcoming.

I've heard the food leaves a lot to be desired. There aren't many salads, the sausage seems to be the same every time, and there's a lot of pasta.
