Zimmer ROSS

The guests were so friendly and helpful that five stars don't feel like enough. The guesthouse has everything you need, and it's extremely clean, with quiet all around.

Update: The manager later got in touch with us personally and apologized for the trouble. They found the error and fully refunded the late check-out fee. The complaint was handled correctly and professionally. We chose this place for its location, self check-in, and because dogs were allowed. Those conditions were good, but poor organization affected our stay. We had confirmed and paid both the dog fee and late check-out until 1:00 PM, and both were listed on the invoice. Then the arrival email with the door code suddenly said check-out was at 10:00 AM. I called right away and was told they couldn't access the system at the time and would call back, but nobody did. On departure day, the door code had already stopped working around 11:00 AM, despite the booked late check-out until 1:00 PM. My companion couldn't get into the accommodation and would have been locked out if I hadn't still been in the room. The accommodation itself is fine, but paid extras need to be honored. Better organization would have made this a much more positive stay.

We felt really comfortable here, and the room was clean and tidy from the start. The calm atmosphere made it a lovely place to unwind with my boyfriend and take a break from everyday life. Everything was well coordinated. A good choice if you're after a quiet retreat, and I'd recommend it.
