10/10
The room and surroundings were lovely, and the staff were friendly. We spent a weekend there celebrating a birthday, and the hotel provided really good service. It was a great experience and I’d strongly recommend it. We also played 18holes golf. The course was beautiful and challenging, very hilly, but interesting.

8/10
The room had a nice view, but there was no fan. The hotel doesn’t have air conditioning as part of its sustainability concept. At breakfast, the service team could have been more attentive about clearing tables and making sure there was enough cutlery. The price-performance ratio could be a little better.

10/10
The room was high quality, with fresh air, quiet, and a nice view over the golf greens. The staff were pleasant, parking was free, arrivals late at night were possible, and everything was a short distance away. I stayed one night, and it felt more like a 5* hotel. The breakfast buffet could use a better tea selection and decaf coffee.

6/10
The lowest-category room was on the small side, with no proper desk, stocked mini-fridge, or coffee and tea making facilities. For this price range, basics like a 24-hour reception and room service were missing too. Breakfast felt a bit sparse by German standards, and the restaurant food was okay but overpriced. The surroundings are beautiful, and the staff were efficient and friendly.

The scenery is beautiful, and the staff were polite and attentive. The rooms had good sound insulation and efficient temperature control. Wi-Fi was intermittent during conferences when lots of people were connected. The EV chargers also cut in and out at first, but eventually worked.
