Ferienwohnung Sonnentau 2

Our son said this place feels like a second home, and that coming back has become part of his life. At almost eleven, that's about as good a review as you can get. It's become our regular place for family visits, including at Christmas. There's plenty for a family here: two bedrooms, a complete kitchen, two sitting rooms, one with a sofa bed, and a great bathroom with a roomy shower, bathtub, and washing machine. A big conservatory opens onto the garden, where the play equipment and chickens kept the little ones happy. There are also pellet stoves, massage chairs, and lots more. Everything was clean and well looked after, and the hosts were very friendly. They keep making little updates, too. The old building has been renovated beautifully and laid out really well. It's a perfect family base in a lovely area with lots of outings and activities nearby.

The kids made themselves at home in their room straight away and had plenty of space to play in the big garden. We were even able to use the barbecue. Inside, the apartment had everything we needed, including Tupperware containers and board games, all arranged with care. The fireplace made the evenings cozy, and the owners were absolutely lovely. We were four adults and two children, and had a wonderful weekend. We'd love to return.

I'll be back, it's such a beautiful spot. Great for families, hikers, and bikers.
