A nice hotel in town for getting some rest.

We were very comfortable here, and the host was so friendly. Our room was spotless, breakfast was fantastic, and I really liked the hotel's focus on sustainability. We were on a cycling trip and stayed for one night. There was secure bike storage, plus refreshments at prices that seemed to put guest satisfaction ahead of profit. Thanks so much for the hospitality. We'd definitely stay again!

The homemade jam and apple-quince juice, made from their own fruit, were standouts. At breakfast, some things were ordered ahead to avoid waste, like leftover rolls, while other items were on a buffet. The owner himself was friendly, and the place had a family feel. The room was simply furnished, with new, practical custom solid-wood furniture. It also had a surprising number of electrical outlets, including USB ports for charging.

The owner was a great source of restaurant advice, including places to avoid, which you don't come across often these days. I booked very spontaneously to visit the Externsteine ​​rock formation the next day, about a 15-minute drive away. It's a small, lovely hotel, and the owner is very friendly. My room was small but tidy and suited my needs perfectly. Drinks were also available at reasonable prices. I had breakfast there too, and it was good. The room rate felt fair, and I felt very well looked after. I can highly recommend staying here. The owner's kindness is priceless.
