They make you feel like part of the family, which was a welcome surprise for a restaurant of this size. The staff are very friendly, and the food is excellent, made with quality ingredients and prepared really well. Prices are moderate, which isn’t something you can take for granted around there.

The Easter meals my parents picked up in Hornberg were delicious, especially the expertly prepared lamb. Arranging everything by email from the US, across the Atlantic, was easy, and the friendly staff made sure the meals were ready on time. Thanks for the kind, personal service and straightforward ordering.

Three stars, all things considered. The food was good, but I found the service a bit rude. I asked for an English menu, and they didn’t have one. “Sorry, we haven't one” would have been enough, but instead I got a curt “No. By handie.” In my opinion, that wasn’t very polite.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and you can even stay overnight. Service is perfect, and the staff are all nice. There’s a good choice for everyone, whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or a beef lover. And the food is just delicious. You don’t have to wait long for it either.
