The rooftop was a highlight for me. The receptionist was polite and friendly, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful. It worked perfectly for a stop during my long trip through Europe. The price was very good for Germany.

Parking was easy, with plenty of space, and it’s an easy walk to the supermarkets near the centrum. The room was nice and the bathroom was fine, though it could use a small renovation. The bath isn’t really a bath. Breakfast was nice, and the customer service was really good.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location worked well for us. The manager and staff were friendly, polite, helpful, and caring throughout our 19-night stay at the Hueckelhoven Hotel in Oct. We did have a small hiccup on the first night, but the manager sorted it out promptly. After that, it was a pleasant stay.

Parking was easy, and there are plenty of options around the hotel. The staff were really helpful, and breakfast had a great variety of products. It does feel a little dated, but everything is well maintained and really clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The bed wasn't comfortable, which was my one complaint. The hotel itself was nice, and the staff were respectful. Still, it's a good hotel overall.
