TIN INN Hückelhoven

As an architect, I was glad to get the chance to stay in such an interesting hotel concept. The hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location, especially if you want somewhere close to shopping centers. Wishing you all the best and much success in your future work.

I really like the concept. Instead of cutting room quality and taking more of the customers' cash, they make things work smarter. I've gone from Tin inn to Best Western and now back to Tin inn. I hadn't realized how annoying receptionists can be. After you've booked at booking.com, they take your time asking for your birthday and email. Why? Leave me alone and give me the door code. P.S. Meckenheim is nicer, though I assume it's newer. They're improving their hotels at Tesla speed!

I keep coming back and have stayed here several times. Booking is easy, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is large, the mattress is comfortable, and the minibar has complimentary extras. The tradeoff is that you have to accept that the single rooms don't have windows you can open. There is air conditioning, though.

We'd never heard of a container hotel, so it was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, new, modern, and practical, and the price was great for something so different. Contactless check-in was hassle-free, and there was a stocked minibar plus coffee. The room did get very warm, though. We couldn't open the window to air it out, and we couldn't get the temperature any lower.
