The staff were fantastic, and the nature and roads nearby were lovely. It's a truly amazing place. The food, room, everything was super, and the pool and gym were included in the price.

We had a great view from our very spacious room. Breakfast was nice and had a really good selection. I'd highly recommend staying here.

We were unlucky enough to get locked out of our camping car, but the hotel generously took us in. While we waited for the technician, they gave us a warm place to stay and breakfast, and, most of all, smiles and understanding. We're grateful to the hotel management and staff for their help and hospitality.

We booked a superior room on the hotel's webside, and the long drive through the beautiful national park Eifel was worth it. The hotel was gorgeous, and the spa was wow. Amazing experience, and we'll definitely be back. The food was delicious, and breakfast was very good, with vegan and gluten free options. The gym area was good too, with plenty of weights, towels, and water for a solid hour of exercise.

A very nice hotel, with clean rooms and great pool facilities. The service was top notch, the employees were attentive, friendly, and professional, and breakfast was excellent too. The food is a bit pricey for what you get.
