The animals were well cared for, and everyone was really nice. We had a great time and have decided to come back every year. 😊

The farm is a dream for families with children, with animals, lots of room to play, playgrounds, and activities to keep boredom away. The accommodation is spacious, lovingly furnished, and very well maintained, with everything we needed. It’s also beautifully secluded and wonderfully peaceful. We had to leave our previous accommodation over Christmas because of hygiene problems, and it simply wasn't possible to stay there. This family welcomed us spontaneously and warmly, without any fuss, and went out of their way to help. The hosts are attentive and so kind that you feel welcome right away. We were completely satisfied and grateful for their almost Mary and Joseph-like welcome! 😄🎄 A heartfelt recommendation.

We’ve returned to this beautiful farm for the second time, and it was another paradise for families with children. The apartments are modern, very clean, and well equipped, especially the kitchens. You can shop at a nearby supermarket or use the little farm shop for drinks, marmalade, ketchup, and more. The bread and pretzel service is handy too: add your order to the list, then collect the bags the next morning. There’s a huge garden with climbing frames, slides, swings including a nest swing and baby swing, hammocks, and lots more. The grounds feel safe enough for children of a certain age to roam freely. A little barn with table tennis, table football, and games is great for a break or rainy weather. On wet days, the covered straw castle is a favorite for running around, hiding, and playing tag. There’s also a cosy common room with coffee, chilled drinks, games, and Duplo. The children loved the friendly animals, including rabbits, guinea pigs, cows, goats, sheep, ponies, and chickens. Pony rides and collecting eggs from the chicken coop in the morning were especially popular. Just outside the farm, the Zwergenwald has mud kitchens for little explorers. There are all kinds of vehicles too, from Kettcars and Bobbycars to pedal tractors and balance bikes, so there’s no need to bring toys. The children stayed busy outdoors all day. A weekly schedule adds something special, with activities like campfires, making pancakes, pony rides, and a tractor and trailer trip. A huge thank you to Alois and Romina for running the farm with such heart and dedication. Alois often takes the children along on the tractor, shows them farm life, and lets them help out. They won’t forget it. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend the farm to families.
