Pension Edith

We had a small double room with a tiny bathroom, but it was perfectly adequate for one night. The furnishings were nice and everything was clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the hostess was very friendly. For a five-star rating, I’d expect the rooms to be bigger. Still, thumbs up!

The Wi-Fi works well, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The guesthouse is clean too. I’d have given it five stars if the parking were easier to maneuver in and out of, and if the mattresses weren’t quite so soft.

The hosts were lovely, but the noise made our stay really unpleasant. The house seemed to have almost no soundproofing, so you could hear everything. We were woken by what sounded exactly like our own phone alarm. Even after checking three times while half asleep, we realized it was coming from the room next door. We could also hear people complaining loudly from another floor.

We had a good breakfast, and the room was both clean and comfortable.
