My room was very cold, and the glass in the toilet was gross when I arrived. Breakfast was miserable: the yogurts were all expired, and I only noticed after eating one. I checked the rest on the counter and they were expired too. One had passed its date in November, though it was already the end of January, and I also found expired cheese. I told the staff, but they left everything there without doing anything. This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The hotel's view was the only thing I could recommend. Breakfast had no tea or juice, and the only fruit was some old apples. All the yogurt, cheese, and butter packets were expired, some by three months. When I mentioned it, staff said it still tasted okay and put it back in the fridge.

Last time I stayed, I was received competently. Today, the person at reception got my name from the booking wrong. They don't seem to want competent, committed employees there. When you complain, the woman in the manager's office tells you, “go somewhere else.” That's what we'll do. It also seems like a drug-friendly hotel: on the 17th floor, you can openly buy from staff who live there.

My mom accidentally paid extra, and they didn't even offer a complimentary bottle of water. Parking cost €6 a night, even though Booking.com said it was free. Breakfast wasn't very vegetarian-friendly, and there was nothing for vegans.

The staff were welcoming, especially Amin from the breakfast crew. You can ask him anything. Our room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the area. The high-rise looks a little out of place among the region's few tall buildings, but we still had a wonderful stay.
