Rainer Michels greeted us as soon as we arrived on our motorcycles, then put them in his private garage. There’s space for quite a few more bikes, so it works well for a group. Our double room was spacious, recently decorated, and had plenty of wardrobe space for hanging clothes. The shower and toilet were clean and fresh, and the room itself was comfortable and peaceful. We ate breakfast and a few evening meals there, all excellent and made and served by Rainer, who’s a chef. It was great value, and we’ll definitely stay again. Many thanks.

Back again, and it still feels like home. A warm, peaceful place for a longer stay, with modern rooms and good internet.

The food is excellent, and breakfast is generous enough to leave nothing wanting. The owners are very accommodating, and the service is exemplary. Our room was bright and welcoming, and there’s always a great place to visit nearby.

The breakfast and dinner were excellent, and our room and shower were spotlessly clean. The people are very friendly, with a lovely family atmosphere. In my opinion, this guesthouse deserves six stars. I’d gladly come back.

The hosts were really friendly, and we slept well in the clean room with its comfortable beds. Breakfast was plentiful too. We had a very nice weekend, though one more vegetarian dish might be good.
