BA Hotel

The price and location are why we'd come back, and we really liked the shower and the convenience. The rooms are very good value, but there are some annoying issues to sort out. There's no air conditioning, so the room was either uncomfortable or noisy, and the Wi-Fi wasn't available. If there's no Wi-Fi, just say so instead of advertising it and apologizing later. Shower water also ran under the door and soaked the carpet. We eventually figured out the hot plate, but there were no instructions.

For such a low price, it turned out to be a surprisingly good stay, even if the setup felt a bit strange. The code sent to my email or phone made check-in very easy, and though nobody was around overnight, the cleaner came by to make sure we left by 11. There was no air conditioning, but even with 30-degree weather outside, the room was fine.

We found a couple of restaurants nearby, and the location worked well. Getting into the hotel with the code was no trouble. The room was modern and really clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The room was clean, but we had no internet for three days because the router wasn't working. We reported it on the first day, over the weekend, and nothing was done. I'm in IT, and it only needed a simple modem restart, yet we waited all three days. We ended up paying more for roaming than we could have paid at another hotel.
