There are a few cafés nearby, including a pizza place, bakery, and small restaurant, about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is easiest to reach by car, though you can also come by bus and walk. I had a really pleasant stay. It’s very quiet, with green trees all around and birds singing. My room was clean and comfy, with what you need for work or a vacation: towels, a coffee machine, electric kettle, kitchen stove, dishes, and more. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The houses are spacious enough and have a dishwasher, but they feel a bit dated. When it’s over 30 degrees outside, the inside gets up to 28 degrees too. Really missed having air conditioning 😕 Immenstaad village isn’t that interesting, but there are enough nice towns around the lovely lake, and it’s perfect for swimming.

Amenities are nearby, along with Immenstaad town and the forest, where there are outdoor activities. It’s a medium-sized holiday village with different kinds of accommodation. We stayed in Nuhaus, which was small but well equipped, including a dishwasher. There’s a lovely little terrace for sitting outside when the weather allows.

The lack of air conditioning was a big problem in the heat. I wasn’t keen on the furniture, though that’s just my opinion. There were some small cockroaches, but if that doesn’t bother you, it’s not a bad place to stay.

Such a beautiful spot surrounded by nature. It feels calm and peaceful in the morning and at night, with birds singing in the background and the sound of water alongside them.
