The meat is always fresh and high quality, so we love shopping here. The staff are really friendly too, and we feel sure we're getting the best each time.

A quiet, tidy place to stay, with a hearty country-style breakfast and good lodging.

We haven't stayed at the guesthouse since we live nearby, but we've eaten at the inn and really enjoyed the food. Hofer's butcher shop is where we get our sausage and meat each week. The products are simply excellent, made with real care and attention.

The senior landlady was such a sweet woman and served a nice breakfast. The rooms were clean, though dated, and the tech felt like it belonged in the 1980s. On our last stay, the TV itself, or maybe just the remote, wasn't working, and a bathroom bulb was out. There weren't any power outlets by the bed. As for the junior landlady, I'll leave that unsaid.
10/10
Parking right by the guesthouse was handy, and breakfast in the restaurant was generous and delicious. We were there for our wedding weekend, and the host family made everything feel relaxed with how friendly and accommodating they were, which was perfect for a bride with so much on her mind. The rooms were clean, and our dog could stay overnight.
