Hotel zur Post

The rooms were clean, the staff were very nice and helpful, and breakfast was fine. The S-Bahn gets you to Munich quickly.

I spent 16 nights here and had a great time. Everyone was friendly and nice, my room was clean, and breakfast had plenty of variety. The location was convenient too, with Ismaning S-Bahn and bus stations reachable within 10 minutes. It’s a superb hotel.

The breakfast was awesome, and the bedroom was clean. The washroom has a German industrial style. It’s a very decent small hotel in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Munich, just a few stops from the airport. In Canada, I’d give it at least four stars.

We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back if we visit Munich again. The hotel sits in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood, an easy and reasonably short walk from the train station for trips to the airport or downtown. Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of tasty options. Even when it was busy, the breakfast staff kept the tables clean and the buffet full. The front desk team were friendly, helpful, and hospitable, and spoke English well, which helped me as an American tourist with only a few German phrases. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean, with air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious too, with plenty of counter space for toiletries.
