The staff are all amazing and friendly. This has been the best hotel I've found for a short trip, and I'd recommend it anytime. I'd love to have dinner at the hotel too, though I know that would take more workers and staff. I'll definitely come back.

The location was ideal, but the arrival didn't go as we'd expected. We'd agreed by email that someone would meet us at reception to take the cash, but nobody was there. At 11.30 pm, a kind woman who lived at the hotel appeared at the main entrance and helped us get in. She tried calling the hotel manager several times without success, then agreed to take the cash and used her card to let us into the hotel.

My stay at B&b Hotel in Jena was one of my best experiences in Germany. It was secure and clean, the service was prompt, and the healthy breakfast was amazing. I'd recommend this place to any traveler. The price is affordable for every kind of client.

This was the best of the three places we stayed during our trip in Germany. Jena was the first city on our journey, and the staff at B&B Jena were friendly and willing to help.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and everything worked well. There were no bath towels, just a couple of hand towels and bath mats for two days. The timing made it hard to ask reception, though towels may be available. Breakfast was basic but good, and a kettle in the room would have been useful. Great value for money, and I'd recommend it and stay again.
