The staff made this stay for me. The receptionist was warm and clear about everything, the bartender knew his cocktails and made the bar visits fun with his stories, and at breakfast the young woman in the green blouse remembered my cappuccino after just one morning. That kind of thoughtful service really lifted the whole experience. I had a spacious mini-apartment with a kitchenette, stocked minibar, balcony, and all the usual essentials. The balcony stayed unused in the December cold, but the room itself was cozy and warm after walks around Juist. The bed was especially comfortable, and everything throughout the hotel looked clean and well cared for. Breakfast had a satisfying range of sweet and savory options. I didn't get to try the pool downstairs, though the rest of the place gave me confidence it was up to the same standard. This was my first stay at Hotel Atlantic, though my third trip to Juist. I wish I'd found it sooner. The price is on the high side, but the facilities and service made it feel justified. I noticed guests with dogs too, which is a nice bonus. I'd gladly stay here again, whether traveling solo, as a couple, or with a small group.

We'd come back. The good breakfast had plenty of choice, and on Saturdays the hotel served waffles and cake in the afternoon. Juist was quiet when we visited at the end of February, just what we were after. The hotel is central and clean, and the service was good. We knew ahead of time that check-in wasn't possible before 3 p.m.; leaving our luggage there was no problem. Our room was fine, if a little dated. We also noticed a few small maintenance issues in the basement public toilets, including broken toilet roll holders and loose hooks.

Our dogs settled right in, and the hotel even gave them a lovely gift. We had booked the "Dogs for Free" package, so that was a very kind touch. Thank you! The staff were cheerful and accommodating everywhere we dealt with them, from reception and room service to the bar. The rooms were attractive, well kept, and had what we needed. Breakfast was full of delicious things, and serving it until noon was great. A charming hotel and a fantastic stay. THANK YOU!!!
