The hotel is centrally located, with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Maya was great at check-in and explained what we needed to know to make the most of our stay. She even gave us Saks stickers. The rooms were very clean, and the overall expertise was great.

Maya was super helpful with our last-minute check-in. Even though we arrived early in the morning, she managed to get rooms ready early for many people in our party.

The location is excellent, the rooms are pleasant, and housekeeping was good. The hotel does seem rather extravagant, though. I tried to sit at an empty table in the shared restaurant with my own coffee, but the waitress looked over my things and wouldn’t let me stay, even after I showed my room card. It was humiliating. It seems they’d rather serve someone paying five euros for coffee than a hotel guest paying 160 euros a night for seven nights. I’ll leave you to draw your own conclusions.

I stayed one night and had a really good time. The rooms were big and clean, and the hotel is right in the centre of Kaiserslautern. There was plenty to see and do nearby, including the Christmas market, which was on when I visited in mid-November.

The staff made us feel special throughout the stay, and breakfast was remarkable, with healthy options and homemade specials instead of the usual fare. I chose this modern hotel in the town center for the parking and air conditioning in all the modern rooms, but the whole stay pleasantly surprised us. The staff were top-notch, friendly, and service-minded. The room wasn’t the typical German hotel style, and it was great: a spacious layout, excellent bed, great bathroom, and a separate toilet. I slept like a stone. I’ll be back!
