The owners were kind, helpful, and very flexible about what we needed. We also really enjoyed the meals: we had dinner twice, and both times the German food was tasty and the portions huge. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and the coffee was exceptionally good. The family-run Landhotel sits in lovely countryside just off the A7, with lots of beautiful sights within walking distance. We had a great stay on our way south and hope to return someday.

The scenery around the hotel is stunning, with lovely surroundings right outside. Inside, the staff are really friendly, the rooms are clean and have hardwood floors, and breakfast was the best buffet I've ever had. There was a huge selection and the coffee was great. We had a great time đ

Breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty of fresh regional products, all presented with care. The staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. You can tell they put their heart into the place. Our room had a comfortable bed, so we slept wonderfully, and it was newly renovated and tastefully furnished. The modern bathroom was well kept, and everything looked new and clean. A beautiful country hotel in the Harz Mountains. I'd gladly come back and wholeheartedly recommend it.

The hosts were the best part: fantastic at welcoming guests and making the stay unforgettable. A major hotel chain should hire them to teach that kind of hospitality. The hotel itself was fantastic, and the food was delicious.

The evening food was delicious, and breakfast was perfect. Booking was easy, the rooms were well maintained, and the hosts were super friendly. It's in a perfect spot near the A7 motorway at the Echte exit, but still quiet. Our dog loves stopping here on the way north too. Highly recommended in every respect! đđ
