On our way to the hotel, I had to cancel because my son had a skiing accident. The hotel could have charged the full price, but they accepted the cancellation without charging a cancellation fee. They were very understanding and accommodating, and their response was a bright spot on a difficult day. Thank you very much.

The room was large and comfortable, with a minibar, a hot shower, and a small balcony overlooking the gardens where we could enjoy the birdsong. We got a warm welcome, and there was plenty of car parking. Breakfast was tasty and had lots of variety. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Top marks.

The building is beautiful, and its modern conveniences sit nicely alongside the older furniture and architecture. Our rooms were cleaned every day, carefully and professionally, without anyone touching our belongings. The people here are lovely and really care about their guests' well-being. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone. The town is beautiful too, and its people are welcoming and nice.

I stayed at the Weserei for a four-day conference. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and spoke English. I appreciated everything they did to make me feel comfortable. This was my second stay, and I'd choose it again!
