Der Ochsen

We went last summer for three nights and four days, just breakfast included, and every morning was amazing. We loved choosing a different menu each time. They were the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. The hotel is conveniently close to Europa Park, but the surrounding area is quiet, with a supermarket nearby, which was a real help with two children and food to buy. Our room was clean and had a kitchen with all the cooking utensils, plus a fridge and microwave. The children loved it and have talked about returning many times since we got home. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for being so kind to all four of us. Best wishes from Japan, and we hope to stay again!

We loved the superb breakfast and the convenient parking. The rooms are spacious and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen and a great bathroom. It’s near Europe park. A perfect place!

We stopped here on the way toward the Alps and Italy. The rooms were cozy and clean, and breakfast was very friendly.

The breakfast deserves a special mention. It was one of the nicest B&B breakfasts we’ve had, with lots to choose from and generous portions. We stayed two nights at Der Ochsen and used the apartments as a base for Europa-Park. They were spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. One small inconvenience: the roof window in the upstairs hallway had no blinds. If you want to sleep with the bedroom doors open, be ready to wake early, since summer sun comes in brightly in the morning.
