The room was lovely and neat, with a super clean bathroom. Breakfast was awesome too.

There's room for six in this shared apartment, which has a bathroom and kitchenette. The rooms are clean and in decent shape. The bathroom is roomy, with a shower and toilet, but there's no ventilation and mold on the walls above the ceiling. All the windows have fly screens except the bathroom's. The kitchenette feels out of place; a properly equipped, basic kitchenette would be quite enough.

The place is far too expensive for what it offers, and cleanliness was poor: the bins were already overflowing when we arrived, with the previous guests' mess still there. She shouted at us while giving basic information, as if we were her employees instead of guests on holiday. She threatened us and put us out at 1 a.m. in a country we didn't know, apparently because she disliked how we looked. Then she told the booking sites we hadn't shown up, so she could charge us for the nights and make the rooms available again. I felt the treatment was discriminatory, and if I could give zero stars, I would. Don't trust the good reviews. She must be choosing which comments stay up and which get deleted. If you're not blond with blue eyes, stay away. Scammer!

We've stayed here three times now and would gladly return again. It's a fantastic place, with Europa-Park only about five minutes away by car. The breakfast is excellent, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Everything was impeccably clean.
