Robert and the staff put together a stunning meal, easily one of the best dining experiences of my life. Every dish showed remarkable care and craft, especially for the modest prices. The service was attentive, and the room had a relaxed feel. I’d recommend it to anyone who appreciates great food, good value and real finesse.

We felt right at home in this bright, airy room. It was spacious, luxurious and stylishly furnished, a perfect stay. I wish I could find more places like this gem. It’s definitely not an average hotel.

We ate at the restaurant/cafe and found the food and drinks quite good. The staff were friendly, too.

On October 2nd, we tried to get a table for two at a nearly empty restaurant. One server turned away, and another told us every table was reserved. The covered terrace tables weren’t even set, so they could easily have seated us, but it was clear they didn’t want the extra work. A neighboring restaurant welcomed us and served us well. All the other restaurants nearby had full outdoor seating and were keen to do business.
