The apartment was great, and the service on site was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The pool is accessible for wheelchair users, but the pool itself isn’t, which is the one drawback, if you can call it that. We were also really disappointed that dogs aren’t allowed on the beach except in winter. Such a shame.

The swimming pool and sauna are in a separate building and both looked clean and well kept. We managed to relax even though the sauna was only running at 40 degrees while we were there. It’s a great spot to switch off. There’s a small beach less than 10 minutes away (see photo). The harbor, with its restaurants and shops, is about a 30-40 minute walk, which is quite a trek. It’s much quicker by car. We’ll definitely be back.

Olpenitz has a special feel to it, almost like a small island, and it was easy to find what we needed. There’s an Edeka on site, restaurants close by, and a Rewe a short drive away. The beach is just a few meters away. It’s peaceful, the people are laid-back, and we came home feeling refreshed. We had an unforgettable first stay and will definitely return. The penthouse was spacious and tastefully furnished, with a breathtaking sea view we never got tired of. The owner added lots of thoughtful touches, including a sauna, three TVs, and three balconies with beach chairs, loungers, benches, and tables. The kitchen was large and practical, with plenty of considered details. There was lots of room in the bathroom, which had a shower and sauna for relaxing. One of the neighboring buildings also has a pool and two saunas that guests can use free of charge. The H&P staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and courteous. Booking here was absolutely worth it.

The view from Apartment BOW / 3.12 is fantastic, and the place is well maintained with good furniture. There’s also a small pool and sauna in the neighboring building, both worth checking out. We didn’t know that only two of the four stovetop burners worked. That’s inconvenient if you like cooking.
