Amy at reception helped me with a last-minute booking and was genuinely lovely. She did everything she could to help, and made the place feel like home. The hotel is new and clean, and I liked both the room and the restaurant. Parking was easy too. I'd definitely recommend it to travelers.

Mr. Georgios Germanlis went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after, and I really want to thank him for that. The welcome at check-in was warm, kind, and professional enough to make me feel like a VIP. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel has modern furnishings and decor. It's also handy for shops, ATMs, gas stations, and restaurants. I was extremely impressed by the friendliness and commitment here, especially given how affordable the B&B Hotel Bruchsal-Karlsdorf is. I'll make it my go-to whenever I'm in Bruchsal.

Dinner came with great pizza, and the room was clean. There's secure parking for 10 euros. Elena at reception and George, the manager, made check-in a great experience. It's a new hotel, and I can highly recommend it.

Even arriving in the middle of the night, check-in was convenient, and the hotel was clean. Ms. Agata at reception was very helpful and nice. It's very close to the highway and has private parking. I'd recommend it.

The parking and late check-in were confusing. A sign by the barriers said parking had to be booked in advance and that I needed to check in before entering the parking area, but I couldn't find a way to select a spot in the booking system. I did leave a comment asking for one. Since reception was already closed when we got there, we had to use the machine, which didn't work properly. Once we finally had the room code, it wouldn't get us through the barriers, though I assume it should have. We heard other guests were having the same trouble, and lots of cars were parked at the nearby gas station. It made arriving harder than it needed to be. The hotel itself is new and works well for an overnight stop while traveling. We followed a tip in one of the website comments and paid almost 20EU less than we would have through Booking. Our room was clean, apart from a few black hairs on my bed, and the bed was OK. Breakfast wasn't huge, but there were several choices, including non-dairy yoghurt. Fine for a stop on the way, but the parking situation needs work. 3.5/5
