A huge campsite in a fairly reasonable location, but I'd avoid it. Check-in was unbelievably slow, the slowest I've ever had at a campsite. I waited outside for 45 minutes, and the queue wasn't even that long yet. It grew much bigger while I was there, so I can only assume some people behind me were checked in the day after they were due to leave. The reception area allows no more than two people at a time, which meant a long line outside. It was a little cloudy, thankfully, because standing there in an August heatwave would've been awful. The sanitary facilities were utterly disgusting. The showers smelled inexplicably of piss, and the floors were swimming in what I can only assume was the same. Thank god I was there for just one night. If you're fully self-contained, maybe in a space shuttle kind of way, you might be okay. If you have to leave your vehicle, you'll probably regret it. I'll post this on all the U.K.-based camper forums so people know to avoid it.
