Hi everyone, I’ve stayed in this apartment every week for business since it opened. It used to be really clean and tidy, and I genuinely enjoyed staying here. But standards have dropped a lot. Now the dishes and floors are dirty, and even the toilets aren’t clean anymore. I really wish it could go back to how it was at the beginning.

We were at the back, so it was nice and quiet, although the church bells ring from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The suite was clean, beautiful, and new, with a small kitchenette and complete crockery. There’s no wardrobe for clothes, and we missed having extra pillows. We booked a suite through their own website, but were surprised on arrival to find no sofa inside. Be careful when booking an apartment here, since they have larger apartments. You can reserve a spot in the underground garage through their website for 12 euros per night. It’s also convenient that you can store bicycles there. Karlsruhe really is a cycling city. LIDL is a 500-meter walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
