Really nice location, with a train connection into the city.

Apartment 11c is furnished with a lot of care, and the owners were always friendly and easygoing to communicate with. We planned a short weekend away, and this was just right for us. The house by the lake is a lovely, peaceful getaway for relaxing and enjoying nature. You can walk to the S-Bahn easily, and add a short stroll along the way. We’d definitely come back. There were three of us, and we were lucky to find an apartment still available. We all felt very comfortable, and the atmosphere and location were excellent. The landlord was kind and accommodating, and the animals were so friendly and cute! :)) We'd definitely recommend this house.

The lake, animals, and setting were fantastic. We had the whole complex to ourselves as a large group, and while the apartments aren't especially spacious, they were comfortable enough. The only proper common room for our group was a double garage. One wall was open for a new door, so mornings were a bit difficult, though luckily the evenings weren't too cold anymore. The complex didn't feel very child-friendly. Its position between a lake and a road makes that understandable, but our children still found broken glass, carpet knife blades, and other debris in the gravel on the terrace. Some things looked homemade and unfinished, and could use improvement. The tap water initially tasted rather muddy or musty, but it got better after we ran a lot of water through it. Karlsruhe tap water is fine, so it isn't bad. We also waited several weeks for our security deposit, with no explanation. The money only came after we threatened legal action in writing, which was completely unnecessary.
