They sorted out the overbooking quickly, and I’d come back for sure. The separate men’s and women’s bathrooms seem to come from the original dorm layout, so unisex ones might make more sense. The lady policing the bathrooms was epic, she didn’t realize I understood the lingo.

They deleted my review, so I'm posting it again. Check-in seems to go wrong every time, and the support number on the door often goes unanswered. On my first visit they couldn’t find my booking even though I’d paid online. The next time self check-in failed, and I was alone outside at night for an hour, calling and calling before anyone picked up. Such a hassle.

The capsules weren’t properly soundproof, so I heard snoring, coughing, and people bringing luggage in during the night. Mine also wasn’t fully clean, as there was litter from a previous guest inside. I’d have preferred soundproofing over the extra gadget features. The bigger concern was feeling unsafe: I arrived around 7:30 pm and there was no employee or even a number to call. A capsule hotel needs someone available to keep standards up and guests safe. They seem to avoid communicating with guests, and I’ve never felt this way at other capsule hotels. I’m a man in my thirties, so I imagine it could be an even bigger issue for a woman travelling alone.

I got a good night's sleep in a pod that was comfortable, clean, and a good size. The attached locker was nicely spacious too. The communal kitchen was very clean, and the showers had good hot water. Staff were friendly, and I felt safe and welcome. Thanks for a good stay.
