The early breakfast was a plus, but I expected more. We found a few hairs in the bedsheets, and the rooms definitely weren’t clean enough. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and neither did the fridge. Parking was limited, so you’re lucky if you find a space.

I stayed here for nearly two months for work, in one of the spacious four-person apartment-style rooms with a kitchen, dining area, and living room. The beds were really comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, with German breads, croissants, various meats, and even salmon lox. The hotel is near the old town, with plenty to see, lovely scenery, and shopping. The bus and taxi station are close by, and there’s a grocery store across the street. Lovely hotel, town, and stay!

The room was roomy and had everything we needed, including a safe, TV, minibar, and sitting area. The bed was especially comfortable, and the hotel had a warm, family-run feel. Breakfast was a simple continental spread in a cozy dining room. Shops and restaurants are close by, and the station is about a 15-minute walk. We picked this place because it was more convenient for Neuschwanstein Castle than Munich, and had a pleasant stay. I’d recommend it.

I think there was only one person called Gerhard next to the five Button Turm. Am I allowed to come back again?

There wasn’t much staff around, and the hotel was closed when I arrived on Sunday afternoon. The bed felt soft but was still comfortable, and breakfast was okay. It was enough for the time I was there.
