We were pleased with how often the owners checked in and how helpful they were with questions, local rules, and suggestions for places to see. The location worked well too, with the beach about five minutes away and a supermarket only three minutes away. Getting out of Kellenhusen by bike or car was easy. We also found the bike rental flexible and simple to arrange. Some bikes could have been in better shape, but they were fine for shorter rides. Our last-minute room booking was sorted out quickly and smoothly. The room was nicely furnished, clean when we arrived, and had what we needed. It was cleaned regularly during the stay, and the rubbish was emptied. The crepes and soft-serve ice cream were a treat. Breakfast was perfectly adequate in our view, though a bit more fruit would have been welcome. We don't really understand the negative comments about it, since there was something for everyone. We were very comfortable and satisfied with the accommodation and amenities for the very reasonable price. We'd consider staying here again on another Baltic Sea holiday.

The room was roomy and, above all, clean. The furniture is a little dated, but it's looked after and not worn out. Staff were friendly, and breakfast had a decent range that met our expectations. We'd needed somewhere at short notice, and the communication was easy. They offered us a double room, which is what we received. We'd happily stay again.

The owner gave us a really warm welcome and was kind and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, with things replenished promptly, and the coffee was properly hot and very good. We only had two nights here. I was looking for somewhere affordable, and this place fit the bill. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bin was emptied every day. Many thanks!

The house has a lovely old-fashioned maritime feel, and we felt very comfortable there. Our room was compact but well laid out, and especially clean. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast, so everyone could find something. Communication before the trip was very friendly, and we were warmly welcomed when we arrived. We'd gladly come back.
