Air Rooms Hotel

I can't even call this a hotel. The manager and service make it a zero out of ten. Don't make the mistake of coming here, ever, even if it's free.

The shower was barely usable, with water either stopping altogether or coming out as a trickle. The room was dirty too, and bedbugs came out from every corner during the night and bit us. We arrived, saw the unclean bed, then spent the night itching without sleep. It seemed the infestation had been there for some time, and nothing had been done about it. When we told the owner, he apologized, but there was no room change or refund. The hotel is in an industrial area, with noise from factories and trucks day and night. It was a nightmare, the opposite of a clean, peaceful stay, and I strongly advise against it.

The kitchen was greasy and sticky, and the mattresses were yellowed, stained, and dirty. There are bedbugs in the rooms, a serious hygiene problem the owner doesn't address. The shower also has water outages, and the industrial area is noisy enough to disrupt sleep. The housekeeper acts unprofessionally and seems to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances. He paces through the hostel late at night and disturbs guests. The accommodation is in poor condition, and I can't recommend it even for one night.

The floor smelled bad, and the sheets and pillows did too. It wasn't clean at all 😩😩😩
