The room felt almost new, with clean, modern fixtures and furnishings, and check-in and checkout were quick and easy. It’s a very reasonably priced option for a short overnight layover in Frankfurt, and the shuttle ran right on schedule every half hour, at 15 and 45 past the hour. Finding the airport pickup takes a little figuring out. At Terminal 1, the hotel shuttle signs point elsewhere. Go about 200 meters past the terminal toward the “Medical Center,” which is marked on the signs outside, to the bus shelter also used for airport parking transport. The shuttle drops you there with people heading to their parked cars. From that stop, a sign points along the front of the parking structure for 250 meters to the hotel, and there’s a sign about umbrellas if it’s raining. Once you’ve found it, getting back to the airport is easy, with return trips at 00 and 30 past the hour.
