Although the building has been renovated nicely and looks modern, the room was very dirty. Neither the room nor the bathroom had been cleaned after the previous guests. It was cold in the room, and the blankets seemed meant for spring, not -3 Celsius. The location is far from the center, and finding parking means searching around the neighborhood.

The apartment was modern, well equipped and very clean, and check-in went smoothly. Our hosts were extremely polite and answered all our questions. Everything was perfect from the start, and we found it hard to say goodbye to Plauen. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for everything!

The courtyard had a lot of trash lying around, so I wouldn't have wanted to use it. The hotel can't be held responsible for the surrounding area, though. We stayed one night in a clean, tidy room on the 4th floor, with modern furnishings. The bed was too hard for us, but that's personal preference, not a criticism. The TV worked and the Wi-Fi gave us no trouble. A clean bathroom matters most to me, and it didn't disappoint. All in all, we'd book there again.
