After a really bad day, I ended up having a great experience. The front desk lady was super attentive and friendly. She speaks multiple languages, which made things even better for guests, and she deserves a raise. The free shuttle goes to and from Frankfurt Airport, stops at both terminals, and picks up just across the street. Breakfast was simple but good, with several options. Same goes for hot drinks, with different kinds of coffee and tea.

Service was nice, and both breakfast and the bar were good. The hotel itself is decent for the price, though it's a bit far from the airport. The free shuttle is shared with another hotel, so doing the full route takes an hour. Review minster out.

After a long flight, paying extra to check in early was a real help. The room was clean and quiet, and breakfast was good. The airport was convenient to reach, and getting a cab to old Frankfurt in the afternoon was a fairly quick drive.

The free transfer to the airport was a nice plus. We stayed here before an international flight, and the clean, practical room and helpful, friendly staff made for a comfortable stop. The bar was cozy too, and we left feeling rested and refreshed.

It's close to the airport and relatively cheaper than other options, maybe by about 20 bucks. But this is really a one night stop before a flight, not a resort or somewhere I'd want to stay longer. The rooms are tiny, with a bunk bed for two people. Those are my shoes. Keep your expectations low and you'll be fine. If you're expecting the Ritz or Hilton, you'll be disappointed. Would I stay again? Probably not. Would I tell you not to stay? No, catch your flight however you can.
