We had a wonderful week in the Vogelkoje apartment with our two grandchildren. It was beautiful, modernly furnished and had every comfort. The Ritter family welcomed us warmly, showed us around and gave us useful excursion tips. The apartment and swimming pool were spotless, and we enjoyed using the pool every day. We also had a cosy, pleasant evening at the Reents family's bar. The highlight for us and the grandchildren was the Black Forest Plus Card, which our landlord provided free of charge. We went on excursions every day and often made use of the free offers. I highly recommend the apartment, and we’ll certainly be back next year.

The apartments are cared for, the view is lovely, and there's even a little pool, so you can have a really nice stay here. But if you bring a bike, be aware that bikes have been stolen from the locked underground garage. Other guests say it has happened before, and several bikes have already been taken. It seems the thief may even live in the apartments. Without your own bikes, this could be a pleasant holiday. For us, though, the theft issue would take a lot of the enjoyment out of it.

The balcony has a beautiful view, and the area is great for hiking. The Schwarzplus card is handy for activities, too. Inside, the modern room was very clean and had everything we needed. We did get cold water in the shower now and then, and finding our way along the paths to the room felt a bit like a maze.

We found a roomy, pleasant apartment with everything we needed already there. The management was friendly, and I'd happily recommend staying here.
