We chose this hotel as our base for a work training trip. It was clean and nice, and breakfast was good. The evening meals were exceptional. Our rooms were in town, a short walk from the hotel, but with no rain it wasn't an issue. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and kept asking us to sign in again, though it was okay.

The owners were so caring, and the staff were very attentive. They spoke both English and German. Breakfast was a treat, especially the tasty cold cuts. We had a wonderful mother-daughter weekend here. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and combined modern comfort with the charm of tastefully renovated old buildings. The new bathrooms were spotless and comfortable. It was peaceful here, a lovely break from my busy work schedule and my daughter's studies. A beautiful setting for a relaxing stay.

A large, welcoming campus, with rooms and houses renovated carefully and with a lot of love for natural materials. The place feels beautiful, cosy and friendly. It's also a great base for hiking and exploring the area on both sides of the border.

The reception was very accommodating with my request, and breakfast was decent too. Hollerhöfe is a lovely little village, with a nice view from the castle. My room was very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The town is beautiful, and the hotel staff have been perfect. Wi-Fi is the one issue: it doesn't reach every room. An access point in the middle of the bottom floor could help, since the far room upstairs has no signal either. Apart from that, everything here is perfect.
