The owner was wonderful, and I really enjoyed the bar and food. But the room needed a lot of maintenance and had no heat. Wires ran along the walls between rooms, and you could hear the bathroom next door and the stairway very clearly. The Wi-Fi shut off at 10 p.m. and wasn’t on in the morning. This place could be great with some work.

It’s a small town in the middle of nowhere, which made the setting just right for a break. The place has a lovely old-school feel, and the owner is quiet but very friendly. My room was simple and clean. There’s no TV or Wi-Fi, but with a great bar downstairs and such a nice atmosphere, I didn’t miss them. I’d definitely recommend the breakfast too.

For the price, it was fine. The room was fairly big and had a balcony, though there was no TV or Wi-Fi in the room.
