We'd happily stay again. The food was delicious, and our room was lovely and clean. The setting was wonderful, and the staff were so warm and personable. They welcomed our dog too, with lots of treats.

We won't be coming back. The non-alcoholic beer arrived warm, and paying turned into a whole hassle when someone tried to use a card. Even splitting the bill was a problem. The food was only so-so and didn't always match what the menu said.

On a nice evening, sitting outdoors by the fountain to eat or have a drink was the highlight. The service was friendly and flexible, and the prices were fair. The food was all fresh, the German wines were excellent, and the asparagus from Walbeck is fantastic right now. Highly recommended!
